Hampshire Yoga Retreat, March 2025
Long weekend Yoga Retreat
March 14th-17th 2025
After successful sell-out retreats here for the last five years, Em, Fay and Ochre return for a weekend of yoga, meditation, country walks and delicious seasonal food in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, within 2 hours reach from London. This long weekend will offer a great opportunity to leave behind the demands of daily life, to reconnect with yourself and to welcome the coming year ahead. With daily yoga and meditation plus lots of activities around the local area set within the South Downs National Park, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. As well as being a fantastic yoga teacher, Ochre is also a fabulous chef and will be cooking delicious, wholesome meals for us (with Em and Fay as her Sous-Chefs!). Yoga and dinner will take place in a beautiful modern barn, and if the weather is warm and dry enough there will be opportunity to use the venue's new outdoor yoga space too! Spaces will be limited to 16-20 depending on room choices.

Accommodation
Accommodation will be shared between two spaces: Park Farm Cottages and The Plough Inn. The converted barn (which we use for yoga and dining) will also provide additional chill-out space during the day and will be accessible to all guests. It is equipped with a good heating system, toilets, an outdoor area, and couches inside - this area is located just next door to Park Farm accomodation.
Park Farm Cottages a five bedroom cottage-complex. It features two cottages (interlinked to form one large cottage) that can sleep up to 10 people. Offering 4 bathrooms, 1 large living area with log burners, 1 fully-equipped kitchen, 1 large dining area, a laundry room, fenced gardens and a Dutch hot tub, this spacious area offers the perfect spot for rest and relaxation.
The other accommodation is at The Plough Pub. These are lovely double rooms above a beautiful country pub, a 20 minutes walk down the road from Park Farm Barn (where we will practice yoga and dine together). The short walk from the pub to the studio takes you through impressive golf lawns and country roads - but if you don't fancy the walk it's only a 3 min drive! Each room at The Plough has its own ensuite bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a TV - plus access to the pub below for drinks and extra dining should you wish. Residing in this accommodation will give you more privacy (and easier access to the pub!) but the converted barn space at Park Farm Cottages is also available all weekend for your use.

Food Options
Your food for the weekend will be lovingly cooked by Ochre Seagrim (with Em as her Sous-chef!), and you’ll be in for a real treat. Ochre always tries to source and cook with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, that aren’t wrapped in plastic or have travelled thousands of miles. With an influence ultimately inspired by her surroundings, you can expect a selection of wholesome dishes that are designed to be enjoyed. Some wine will be provided on the table during supper time.
How to get there
By car:
Driving from London, traffic dependent, will take approximately 90 minutes. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we would love to help arrange a lift-share if possible. Parking will be available.
Public transport:
The location is reachable via a direct train from London Waterloo or Clapham Junction to Winchester in under 2 hours. You can travel for as little as £20 return when booked in advance. If arriving by train, a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the station to the Park Farm or Plough Inn shouldn’t be much more than £15.
Booking information
Please note that rooms priced above are per person and are inclusive of accommodation, yoga, meals and some wine for the table during supper. Let us know which room you’d like to take (and anyone you might be sharing a room with) when booking. A non-refundable deposit is required for booking. Full balance payment is due by end of January.
If the retreat is cancelled for unforseen circumstances, rest assured that you will receive a full refund. However if you chose to cancel your place after payment, your place will only be refunded if we are able to resell your room.
